4. Scheduling and Project Work

Requesting an estimate or inspection through the Site does not guarantee a specific appointment time or start date. Scheduling, deposits, payment terms, warranties, and project-specific terms will be addressed in your signed service agreement or contract, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding the performance of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Doctor Roof and Remodeling name and wordmark, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Doctor Roof and Remodeling and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content
